Orders

Our fulfillment process typically takes 3–7 days. Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently based on your location.

Our products are made by a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to you.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at info@caudalitattoo.com.

Shipping

Customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not in our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Before reaching out to us, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct and you still haven’t received your order, contact us at info@caudalitattoo.com with your order number. If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns and exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at info@caudalitattoo.com.

PLEASE EMAIL US AT info@caudalitattoo.com WITHIN 30 DAYS. OTHERWISE PRINTFULL WILL NOT ACCEPT A REFUND.

Refunds are only offered for incorrect or damaged items. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please email us at info@caudalitattoo.com with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll take care of it for you.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are unsure about the size, please refer to our sizing charts available on each product page. If you received a mislabeled item, contact us at info@caudalitattoo.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shopify Pay

Yes, it is safe to use your credit card on our site. We use secure encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information during the transaction process. Your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

There could be several reasons why your payment was declined:

  • Incorrect card details (number, expiration date, CVV)
  • Insufficient funds
  • The card issuer may have flagged the transaction as suspicious
  • The card is expired or not authorized for online purchases

Please check your card details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your card issuer for more information or try using a different payment method.

Currently, we do not support splitting payments between multiple payment methods. Please use one payment method per order.

Your card will be charged as soon as you complete the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is successfully processed.

Product Information
